Privacy notice

Last updated: 20 June 2026

This notice explains how Mixture Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use bandautomation.com or subscribe to our mailing list. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Mixture Ltd, registered in England & Wales. Contact: privacy@mixture.ltd.

Mailing list

When you subscribe via a form on this site we collect and store:

  • your name and email address;
  • optional city and country if you provide them;
  • the exact consent wording you agreed to, plus a timestamp;
  • your IP address and browser user-agent at the moment you subscribed, to evidence consent;
  • the page/source the sign-up came from.

Lawful basis: your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time, with no effect on processing carried out before withdrawal.

Purpose: sending you product updates, early-access invitations and the touring playbook for Band Automation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing and we never sell or rent your data.

Retention: we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, plus a short suppression record so we don't accidentally email you again.

Account & product data

If you create an account, we additionally process the data you enter into the product (band, contacts, shows, finance and similar records) so we can provide the service (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — contract). Access is restricted to members of your band workspace.

Processors we use

  • Supabase (database, auth) — hosted in the EU.
  • Cloudflare (hosting / CDN).
  • Stripe (payments, if you subscribe to a paid plan).
  • Resend (transactional and mailing-list email delivery).

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@mixture.ltd. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe here using the token from any of our emails.
